WHAT CAUSES SOMEONE TO COMMIT SUICIDE?

We cannot know a public figure's private battle they are having with their soul. Social media & television creates a distorted reality of public figures. We cannot understand the individual battles or suffering of anyone's soul.  

The devastating news last week of both Kate Spade and Anthony Bourdain committing suicide individuals shines a light on the dark truth of depression, mental health disorders, and suicide. 

Their tragic and shocking death leaves all of us behind who can relate to their brands feeling collective suffering while asking the question, why?
